Locally Owned & Operated Favorites
Churn & Burn
This locally-owned spot specializes in ice cream and coffee. Something unique about Churn N Burn is their use of liquid nitrogen to create perfectly textured ice cream there in the store. My preschooler was completely fascinated with watching the ice cream-making process, as customers are able to see the ice cream being made behind the counter. One of their specialties is the Churn & Burn, a combination of coffee or espresso and ice cream.
