Hi there! I’m a wife + mama by day, photographer by evening!

I’m passionate about capturing the heart and soul of a family. What does that mean? When I look at the photos hung within my own home, they’re all “imperfect”. In 99% of them, you won’t find us smiling at the camera. You’ll see images of my husband and I giggling together, or my son preoccupied with a flower he found in a field, my father hand in hand with my son walking down the driveway together. These are the images that make me smile. This is what drives me. Once I figured out what images sparked something within myself, that’s what I began to focus on for others. I want to freeze that second of time where you can see the genuine love, emotion and simplicity of the moment. These are always the favourites. No matter what session Im doing, my focus is always the same. I want to show the realness, the authenticity of the moment, of that split second in time. Yes, I will help with posing, but in the end it’s you, your children, your family who will bring the photograph to life. I create images for you to fall in love with.
