Laundry Fairy

“Nothing is certain except death and taxes.”– Benjamin Franklin

“You forgot laundry!”-Every Mom Ever

Wash & Fold Laundry service from In The Bag Cleaners will take this endless chore off your plate. Use it sporadically if things are hairy, or make it part of your weekly routine. Your laundry will come back to you clean, immaculately folded in a great sturdy hamper bag to use the next time around. Bonus: a gift certificate for Wash & Fold makes an excellent new baby gift (especially for babies two or three or beyond)!

Cookie Monster

Do you have Pinterest Mom dreams of perfect sugar cookies for every occasion or homemade treats for class parties? Let the Andover High School Bakery & Vocational Center help you out. The service is a project of USD 385 and the Butler County Special Education Cooperative. They offer a variety of baked goods in all quantities, special orders and free delivery to Andover schools (or pick-up at the Andover District Stadium 8a-3p when school is in session).

Friend of the Library

Families and bibliophiles should be taking advantage of a few great services from the Wichita Public Library. First, reserve books online and pick up within seven days from your neighborhood library for just a quarter. It is the only way to get your hands on the newest releases for mom and also make sure your kids come home with the books you want them to have in addition to those they select. Second, join the Friends of the Library as a Gold Member and for just a $25 contribution you get free holds and a late return grace period. Third, get into Overdrive to read e-books on your devices.

Eat More Chicken

Chick-fil-A loving families need the CFA One app. You can place your order from your phone and skip the line inside. Even better, it remembers your frequently ordered items down to the all important sauce combo, and you’ll earn free treats fast. You know you’re a mom when you get really excited about fast food VIP perks!

No more FOMO

Do you know that mom who always know about the most fun things going on around town? She probably uses the Wichita Mom’s Blog Family Calendar and Monthly Events Guide. You can too! Use these tools to discover new-to-you attractions and activities to make sure you’re always in on the fun.
